Our products are shipped from Japan. We do not currently ship to countries not listed on this page.
Shipping:
Shipments to the EU are handled on a DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid/Delivered at Place) basis. Shipments to other countries are handled on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Order Limits:
You may purchase up to 3 units of the same item per delivery. Please check the information below regarding order restrictions for each country. If the order amount is above or below the threshold, an alert will be displayed at checkout. Please note that the threshold amount may fluctuate due to changes in currency exchange rates.
Argentina
All customs duties, fees, and import taxes are included in the total price at checkout. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
Note:
Personal imports are limited to 5 shipments per year. To avoid having your shipment rejected at customs, please confirm that you have sufficient import allowance remaining before entering your CUIT/CUIL in the shopping cart.

Australia

Brazil

Canada

EU
Customs duties, fees, and import taxes are not included at checkout, and customers are responsible for payment of duties to the shipping carrier. These fees will be charged by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery or a few days after delivery, and are compulsory.
Note:
As an e-commerce seller based in Japan, we are currently not registered for EU VAT. Under tax regulations, we are unable to issue a formal VAT invoice.

Malaysia
